who is daniel leif?

I'm Daniel Leif, a creative leader and senior visual design professional with 19+ years of experience spanning corporate, agency, commercial real estate and independent client work. My background combines hands-on design expertise with creative direction, project management and the ability to translate complex business information into clear, compelling visual communications.

Most recently, I spent seven years with Berkadia supporting Investment Sales teams nationwide and developing sophisticated marketing materials for commercial real estate transactions valued from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. I partnered closely with Project Managers, Senior Managing Directors, Mortgage Bankers, Financial Analysts and sales teams while managing multiple deadline-driven initiatives from concept through final production.

Alongside my corporate career, I've operated True Story Graphic Design since 2007, serving more than 100 clients across real estate, legal, technology, healthcare, education, government/defense and other industries. That work has given me experience beyond design execution, including client acquisition, proposals, project scoping, budgeting, vendor coordination, stakeholder management and creative direction.
